meet AMANDA

make your year unforgettable

I'm a Washington transplant, who has come to love the rain thanks to my husband Loren.
I grew up between Hawaii and California.
I love cats, Harry Potter and Twilight, and anything purple!  Our cats used to be all Weasleys: Fred, George (sadly he passed 3 years ago), Ron, Charlie and now Jasper.
I believe in LOVE.
I am outgoing, serious, and studious, yet I have TONS of fun while shooting (when I am in my element.)
I have two Bachelor of Arts Degrees.  One in Professional Photography from the world renown Brooks Institute of Photography; and one from the University of Nevada, Reno.
I love books, creative writing (poetry was my thing), cats, and the color purple.
I am a natural redhead, so I am full of sass and personality.

what makes an AHP Model TEAM MEMBER

Anyone is a good fit for the team.  We've had girls who are into numerous different sports (from softball, to swimming, gymnastics, and more), to those involved in ballet, the theatre, and running start, to name a few.  The sky is the limit!  You don't have to be in a sport to be on the team, nor do you have to be tall and "beautiful" because everyone is beautiful in their own way, inside and out.  The AHP Model Team represents all of us, from all walks of life.

What is the Model Team?  It's a year and half long VIP Senior Experience for just 20 girls.  This is the chance to tell your story and have some AH-MAZING images that will last a lifetime.  You will have the opportunity to join in on (but not required) fun styled/themed shoots all year, be in the Welcome Magazine, get the chance to make new friends, and gain confidence, all while telling your story through stunning imagery.
Why pick the AHP Model Team?  The program is all about you & celebrating your high school year through awesome photos.  Just be YOU.
